CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW
Cancellation charges depend on when The Zubeida receives notice of
the cancellation:
- 21 days in advance: Zero Charge
- 10 days in advance: 30% Charge
- Less than 10 days in advance: 50% Charge
- No Show: 100% Charge
EXTRAS & EXTRA BEDS
- We do not provide extra beds.
- Extra’s e.g. A La Carte/ Activities, will be charged for separately
during the guest stay. - Airport Transfers:
- Ukunda (4 Pax): 22 USD (subject to COVID 19
regulations) - Mombasa (4 Pax): 70 USD (subject to
COVID 19regulations)
